**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in line with our menus and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Contribute to menu development and special features

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Professional Cook in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and techniques is an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Food Safety Certification is preferred
