**To be considered for this role, you will have**:
- A proven track record of consultative sales skills in any industry
- Graduated from an accredited Hearing Instrument Practitioner program
- Proof of completed AHIP professional designation
- Demonstrate exceptional post-sale client service
- After-graduation clinical experience, preferred

**What does the day look like?**
Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments.
- Complete all fundamental hearing assessments
- Relate the findings from the hearing assessment in layman’s terms to the client and the impact of these findings on the client’s wellbeing and lifestyle
Make hearing aid recommendations.
- Conclusively determine the best possible solution for the client
- Present the best solution to the client and relate the functions and benefits to the client’s lifestyle without bias or pre-judging the client’s economic situation
- Use consultative selling skills to help build trust and understanding of their problem and the benefits of solving it
Provide exceptional follow-up services.
- Consistently provide caring follow-up services until the client is completely satisfied with their hearing situation
- Ensure the client feels welcome to return as many times as the client chooses
**Compensation**:
- Salary, commission and team bonuses. Starting salary is commensurate with experience: Hearing Instrument Dispenser $43,000 - $50,000 and Hearing Instrument Specialist $55,000 to $80,000. Commission, paid quarterly, can range from 5% - 50% or more of base salary depending on performance.
