**What can you expect from this position?**
**As Lead, HR Technology, you will**:
- Collaborate with IT and system vendors to proactively identify system capabilities, ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality of HRIS platforms, and develop custom solutions to meet unique business needs
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits of HR systems to ensure they comply with changing laws and company policies
- Facilitate the migration and cleansing of data as systems evolve or change
- Conduct regular validations to ensure compliance with requirements; and support internal and external audits as required
- Tailor vendor training to create materials and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance proficiency in using HR technology solutions
- Implement change management strategies to drive adoption of new technologies across the organization
**This is the role for you, if you have**:
- Minimum 5 years of proven expertise in UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions)
- Minimum of 5 years in UKG Pro or any other HRIS platform
- Strong project management, data privacy, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge and/or understanding of HRIS and Time and Attendance procedures
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement, tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential and/or sensitive nature
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position
