Sea to Sky Parks is currently hiring for full time, seasonal park operators to join our team working at Stawamus Chief Provincial Park, Squamish. Positions will commence March 1st and run until September.

**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Reporting to the Park Manager, the Provincial Park Operators are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and organized park environment for our guests. Including but not limited to, the cleaning of campsites, out houses, emptying garbage, small landscaping & maintenance jobs, and collecting camping fees.

You want to work outdoors for the summer.

You have great public relations and guest service skills.

You work well in a team and independently.

You have a passion for outdoor recreation.

You are self motivated and proactive.

You can sustain physical activity for the entirety of your 8hr shift.

**WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU**:
A positive and friendly attitude in all weather conditions.

Minimum N driver license and clean abstract.

Able to follow direction and work unsupervised.

Able to work weekends and holidays.

Able to lift 50lbs

Able to hike and walk up to 2km on uneven terrain

Your own transportation to get to and from the park for work.

Other duties as required

**TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT**:
Seasonal employment starting March 1st, ending September 30.

Hourly wage.

Uniform provided.

Staff that complete a full summer season for Sea to Sky Parks are eligible to receive a full season pass from our parent company Mt Seymour Resorts the following winter worth $800. Ski and ride all season long and take advantage of reciprocal deals with other mountain partners in BC.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- SQUAMISH, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
