**Calling all construction Right Hand Labourer**

**Must meet the following requirements**:

- Must Have Experience In Concrete Foundation
- Must have a valid class 5 driver's license
- Must have a vehicle to and from work
- Must be willing to work on Saturdays and some stat holiday

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend morning meetings
- Complete pre-trip inspection
- Complete and communicate hazard assessment
- Help with pre-pour checks
- Support the Foreman in coordinating and supervising concrete foundation projects.
- Load and unload materials and tools for the work site.
- Help set up and dismantle concrete forms, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Measure, cut, and assemble form materials as needed.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform tasks safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Communicate effectively with the Foreman and other team members to ensure project success.
- Support the training of new workers and guide less experienced workers
- **Perform other duties as assigned**

**Qualifications**:

- A right-hand labourer must have 3 years of prior foundation experience as/a manual labourer.
- The ability to learn quickly is important.
- Have a valid class 5 driver’s license and transport
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Apprenticeship certification is an asset.
- **Must be willing to work on Saturdays**:

- **Must be willing to work out of province**

**Physical capabilities**:Physically Fit/ able to handle heavy loads up to 50kg (110lbs). Able to work long hours in standing positions and doing repetitive tasks. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be good with heights. Enjoy working outdoors

**Personal Capabilities**:Committed individual capable of taking on responsibility, who is reliable, and hard-working. A team player who is a good listener that can take direction, and help others.

**Please note that continuous employment is based on passing pre-employment drug and alcohol test**

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Additional pay:

- construction: 3 years (required)
- concrete foundation: 3 years (required)
- Rebar installation: 3 years (required)
- leadership: 3 years (required)

- Class 5 Licence (required)
