Renovations Labourer

**Job Overview - Sub-Contractors Welcome**

**Duties**
- Demolition of existing flooring, cabinetry, bathroom fixtures.
- Perform cabinet installation and repairs.
- Flooring installation projects, including tile, and laminate.
- Install drywall and perform necessary finishing work to achieve a polished look.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various renovation tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel, job locations are throughout Central Alberta.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
- A commitment to safety practices on the job site.

Pay: $37,000.00-$47,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- General Labour: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)

**Location**:

- Red Deer, AB (preferred)
