**About the job**:
Our team acts as the central infrastructure support for entities across the Americas, catering to various technology needs like workstations, data centers, networks, end user computing, market data administration, and disaster recovery planning. Leveraging our expertise, we drive the Group's digital transition, maintain the quality and resilience of our infrastructures 24/7, advise business lines and functional divisions in their transformations, and offer diverse and innovative services tailored to the needs of our internal and external partners.

**What will be your day-to-day?**

**Strategy and Communication**:

- Ensure GTS AMER's influence locally, regionally, and internationally, aligning with Group counterparts.
- Develop and implement the GTS AMER communications strategy and initiatives, serving as the central communications point for AMER and other regions.
- Represent GTS in local and regional initiatives, providing KPI reports, surveys, and metrics to partners.

**Marketing and Change Management**:

- Promote GTS's tech solutions, focusing on end-user and cloud solutions.
- Create documentation to effectively market GTS tools, products, and services.
- Identify and address short and long-term issues, influencing product development based on market trends.
- Manage the cloud professional services team, coordinating communication plans and training sessions.

**Internal Communication and Events**:

- Enhance internal communications to foster a positive workplace environment for GTS's 250 employees.
- Develop and distribute documents, user guides, and presentations.
- Produce recurring newsletters to keep stakeholders informed.
- Support high-level presentations and events, including Tech bars for all AMER regions.

**Profile**:
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in the Office suite, with a focus on PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Design and graphics capabilities.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Excel.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).

**Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to animate town halls and manage presentation booths.
- Strong written communication abilities.
- Experience in animating web communities and marketing technology solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in the marketing or communications field.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Minimum of a college degree.

**LANGUAGES: French, English**
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
