**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute project plans accurately.
- Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and roofing tasks.
- Perform carpentry duties including framing, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, siding, and woodworking projects.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct restoration work such as siding replacement, caulking, painting, and general repairs.
- Assist with plumbing and electrical installations as needed.
- Measure and cut materials precisely for various construction tasks.
- Heavy lifting of materials and equipment to support project requirements.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
- Experience with concrete forming, masonry, rebar installation, roofing, siding, and tile laying.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other construction equipment.
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques including framing, cabinetry installation, woodworking, flooring installation, and general construction painting.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
- Handyman experience or electrical/plumbing background is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures in a construction environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

Pay: $20.42-$28.00 per hour
