Our rapid growth and continuing success means we have an opening for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team

As part of the FP&A team, we are looking for an individual who has strong business acumen, in-depth knowledge of accounting practices, and a passion for forecasting and planning You will work closely with business leaders to provide strategic operations and financial support, driving analysis and relevant insight to support business decisions.

Role Responsibilities- Partner with leaders in functional areas to develop short and long term financial plans-
- Oversee preparation of various financial and business analysis to provide leadership with relevant insight that enables business decisions-
- Assist leaders in establishing, tracking and analyzing KPI’s and relevant metrics-
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, management reporting process for functional areas-
- Align functional goals and strategies to broader corporate initiatives-
- Enable leaders to make decisions by providing timely, accurate information-
- Understand business drivers and recommend measures to further improve results-
- Establish efficient process for monthly and quarterly performance reporting for optimal results-
- Analyze, investigate and report on performance and variances between plan/forecast and actual results-
- Actively seek to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of FP&A tools and processes-
- Ensure timely and accurate forecasts and metrics are built and maintainedEssential Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferredA comprehensive understanding of financial planning business processes and budgeting-
- Familiar in utilizing Workday, OneStream, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI-
- Experience working with large sets of data to spot trends and anomalies, understand the details, while being able to tell the big picture story-
- The ability to work independently, with an attention to detail and ability to ensure quality and accuracy of output-
- Consistently displaying time management and organizational skills, along with a positive attitude and willingness to learn-
- Using your time management and organizational skills to manage while adhering to tight deadlines and competing priority tasks-
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines; have an ability to remain calm under pressure and in the face of uncertainty.-
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.-
