We are seeking an
Integration Program Specialist
reporting to the VP of Product Management to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver real-time API integrations between our anti-financial crime platform, customers, and third-party vendors. This role is critical to unlocking value for our clients and helping attain our strategic ambitions.

What you'll do:

  • Drive end-to-end program delivery for strategic integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams—including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external partners—to manage dependencies and resolve challenges.
  • Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards for all integrations.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management or similar relevant/transferable roles and skills
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-team programs in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communicator who can effectively engage with Nasdaq and Verafin executives at the highest level of leadership, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and clients.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with anti-financial crime solutions or fintech ecosystems.
  • An understanding of API design, integration patterns, and real-time data exchange would be an asset.
