Verafin - Integration Program Specialist

We are seeking an
Integration Program Specialist
reporting to the VP of Product Management to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver real-time API integrations between our anti-financial crime platform, customers, and third-party vendors. This role is critical to unlocking value for our clients and helping attain our strategic ambitions.
What you'll do:
- Drive end-to-end program delivery for strategic integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate across multiple teams—including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external partners—to manage dependencies and resolve challenges.
- Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance standards for all integrations.
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management or similar relevant/transferable roles and skills
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-team programs in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Excellent communicator who can effectively engage with Nasdaq and Verafin executives at the highest level of leadership, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and clients.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with anti-financial crime solutions or fintech ecosystems.
- An understanding of API design, integration patterns, and real-time data exchange would be an asset.
