**Working at Fanshawe College**Note**:This is a full-time Support position (35 hours per week).**Duties**:Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Training Solutions, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, the Client Engagement Representative provides operational support in the execution of strategic initiatives, focusing on client engagement.**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary 2-year diploma in Office Administration, Human Services, Business/Communications, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience gained as a team player in a customer service environment, working with invoices, financial reports and budget documents
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
- Experience with corporate record systems preferred (e.g. Datatel Colleague, a Customer Relationship Management system)
- Knowledge of Ministry of Transportation regulations and requirements is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to work within time constraints
- Demonstrated problem-solving and effective communication skills
