**Job Description** What your day to day will look like**:

- Assist in initiating, planning, and executing multifaceted marketing projects within a cross-functional team;
- Coordinate all marketing activities with internal stakeholders and external agencies and suppliers;
- Create briefs for all marketing materials in collaboration with the Marketing Manager as well as the content and creative teams;
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of all advertising materials;
- Assist the Public Relations Specialist in the coordination and execution of several PR-related activities;
- Assist the Social Media Specialist in the coordination and execution of several social media-related activities;
- Implement marketing content on our website in collaboration with the dev/programming team;
- Monitor the website to advise on content updates, errors, and opportunities for optimization of SEO;
- Responsible for website reviews, Google locations and Facebook locations;
- Develop a thorough understanding of Structube products and its customers;
- Collate up-to-date information on consumer journey, current marketing trends and competitors;
- Assist with campaign reporting for all marketing channels to monitor KPI performance;
- Use analytics tools (such as but not limited to: GA4, LookerStudio, SEMRush, Iconosquare, Hootsuite, Meltwater, Listrak) to suggest improvements in content strategies;
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly and yearly campaign results reporting to detail outcomes and discern actionable insights;
- Liaise with the Customer Service, Retail Operations and Product departments to optimize the customer experience;
- Assist with administrative tasks and establish workflow processes in collaboration with the Marketing Manager..

**Qualifications**
- 0-2 years of experience;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Business or equivalent experience;
- Bilingual: must be fluent in English and French (both spoken and written)
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential;
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability;
- Self-driven and resourceful with the ability to use one’s own initiative and problem-solving capabilities;
- Capacity to adapt quickly and multitask while working with tight deadlines;
- Ability to collaborate within a team;
