Job Opportunity: Office Assistant at Brentridge Ford

Position: Office Assistant Reporting to: Controller, Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing warranties.
- Processing EFT’s (Electronic Funds Transfers).
- Processing ESP’s (Extended Service Plans).
- Accounts payables.
- Accounts receivables.
- Till Balancing.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Payroll experience is required.
- Accounting experience is required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of computers and proficiency in Excel.
- Additional accounting knowledge is considered an asset.

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
