Rental Coordinator

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Obtain necessary documentation for rental contracts from customers and salespersons.
- Update contract status accurately in Rental ERP system.
- Perform daily invoicing of rental contracts.
- Communicate with 3rd party rental equipment vendors and review rental invoices.
- Issue credit memo’s when approved.
- Resolve problems, issues, and concerns of customers, following up as needed to ensure resolution.
- Information reporting to management regarding equipment rental status.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years related experience in office admin, dispatching, or equipment rental.
- Industrial warehouse, equipment rental, or oilfield construction experience is preferred.
- Highly organized and able to work on multiple, competing priorities at any one time.
- Dedication to a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Attention to details.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$56,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Spruce Grove, AB T7X 0G6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Equipment Rental: 1 year (preferred)
