**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
- Execute dental extractions and root canal therapy with precision and care.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure proper infection control measures are followed throughout all procedures.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices.
**Requirements**:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) preferred from university in Canada
- Valid dental RCDSO license
- Proficiency in dental software Dentrix is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and aseptic techniques.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and dental fabrication processes.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
- Prior experience in a dental office or clinic setting is advantageous.
