Position: Café Manager - Cafe Ma Bicyclette

Located along the Lachine Canal in Pointe-Saint-Charles, Cafe Ma Bicyclette is a well-established café known for quality coffee, fresh food, and strong community connections. We are seeking a full-time (30-40) Café Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and contribute to the continued success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all daily café operations to ensure quality control
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and quality
- Oversee scheduling, inventory control, and supplier relationships
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards

Qualifications:

- Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality, café, or restaurant settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and basic content creation
- Experience in event coordination is an asset
- Bilingual (English & French) required

Situé le long du canal de Lachine à Pointe-Saint-Charles, Cafe Ma Bicyclette est un café bien établi, reconnu pour la qualité de son café, sa cuisine fraîche et ses liens solides avec la communauté. Nous recherchons un(e) gérant(e) à temps plein 30-40 hrs) pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes, diriger notre équipe et contribuer au succès continu de notre entreprise.

Responsabilités principales:

- Gérer et superviser toutes les opérations quotidiennes du café pour assurer le contrôle de qualité.
- Diriger, former et motiver l’équipe afin de maintenir des normes élevées de service et de qualité
- Superviser la planification des horaires, la gestion des stocks et les relations avec les fournisseurs
- Assurer la propreté, l’organisation et le respect des normes d’hygiène alimentaire

Profil recherché:

- Expérience préalable en gestion ou supervision dans le domaine de l’hôtellerie, des cafés ou de la restauration
- Solides compétences en leadership, communication et organisation
- Maîtrise des plateformes de réseaux sociaux et capacité à créer du contenu
- Expérience en coordination d’événements (un atout)
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis
