Are you a customer service and development focused Sales professional? As an **Account Development Manager**,** you will help to service and develop customer accounts within the Longueuil territory. If you're looking for an exciting customer-facing opportunity, this could be the right opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sell Betonel / Dulux, Sico and PPG products to professionals, provide technical support, prospection, ensure business development by communicating new products and promotions.
- Achieve sales target by ensuring the growth and development of your territory.
- Use sales tool (ClientLink CRM) to handle accounts, run reports etc.
- Analyze territory performance reports and develop sales territory business plans.
- Coordinate and lead training sessions to provide technical support to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years of sales experience required; Previous coatings experience an asset.
- It’s an advantage if you are Bilingual French-English.
