**TEMPORARY POSITION* * **Location**:Longueuil, QC **—Possibility to work from home #LI-Remote** **mdf commerce Inc **. is an international team of over 700 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of our B2B and B2G customers. We are currently looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. **What will your main responsibilities look like?** In this role, you will be led to: - Actively participate in the month-end process in a multi-currency, multi-company environment; - Perform the following operations: - Bank reconciliation (CDN and the US); - Reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts; - Follow-up of fixed assets and amortization entries; - Follow-up of prepaid and accrued expenses; - Manage inter-company transactions; - Produce several monthly reports such as group insurance, GST/QST, alimony, stock purchase plan and others; - Participate in the year-end audit process; - Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable team; - Assist the Chief Accountant in various finance department initiatives; - Other related tasks. **What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?** - Your ability to operate effectively in a multinational and multi-currency organization; - Your excellent Excel skills and adaptability, especially with accounting systems; - Your very good English and French language skills, both oral and written, due to frequent interactions with English and French speaking internal and external colleagues and partners across Canada (and elsewhere if applicable); - Your good team spirit and collaboration skills; - Your ability to adapt in a changing environment; - Your ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines; - Your attention to detail and precision in your work; - Your bachelor’s degree in administration with an accounting profile or equivalent; - Your CPA certification (obtained or in the process of being finalized); - Your experience in a similar position (minimum of 3 years). **What are the assets that would make you stand out?** - A good knowledge of Microsoft Business Central software; - An experience in the technology field. **mdf commerce **subscribes to a program of equity and equality in employment. **Job Type**: Temporary
