Salary Range: Starting at $30,000 per year

Work Hours: 9 AM - 4 PM, with some weekends required

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Staff Management:
Oversee and manage a team of staff members. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.

Hiring/Firing:
Lead the recruitment process for new team members. Conduct employee terminations when necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Onboarding:
Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new employees. Ensure new hires receive proper training and support to integrate seamlessly into their roles.

Maintain Relationships:
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with staff members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. Build and sustain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

Cleaning Oversight:
Ensure that cleaning procedures are carried out effectively and consistently in all locations. Implement and monitor cleanliness standards to create a safe and welcoming environment.

Support and Check-ins:
Provide ongoing support to staff through regular check-ins and performance evaluations. Address concerns, provide guidance, and foster professional development.

Client Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

Managing Complaints:
Handle and resolve client and staff complaints efficiently and professionally. Implement measures to prevent recurring issues and improve overall service quality.

Supplies Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of materials and resources at each location. Coordinate procurement and restocking activities as needed.

Paperwork and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and organized records related to daily operations. Ensure proper documentation for all operational activities, including compliance with relevant regulations.

Day-to-Day Operations:
Oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of operations. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Management experience is an asset but not required.

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in a business-related field is an asset but not required.
