**Job Expectations**
- **Providing the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.**
- **Professionally greet members and guests.**
- **Scan member ID’s/ checking members into the club.**
- **Updating members’ accounts.**
- **Maintaining an orderly lobby area.**
- **Accurately selling class and training packages, memberships and spa services.**
- **Ensure members abide by the club rules and regulations.**
- **Able to work opening (6:30am - 3:00pm) or closing shifts (2:00pm - 10:30pm), including holidays and weekends. Majority of shifts for this position will be evening shifts and weekends.**
- **Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly.**
- **Assist with light cleaning when required: floor care, assisting with keeping the gym floor neat, sanitized and organized, restroom upkeep, keeping the reception area, terrace and pool area clean.**

**Skill/ Interests considered an asset, but not required**:

- **Interest in health, fitness, and/or sports.**
- **Certified fitness instructor certificate.**
- **Event planning experience.**

**The ideal applicant has 2+ years’ work experience in customer service and/or sales. Being aligned with our core values is a must.**

- **A college or university background is an asset but not required**
- **Excellent written and verbal English**
