**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms for inventory purchases.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitoring expenses to maximize profitability.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including payroll and inventory management.
- Utilize POS systems for sales tracking and reporting purposes.
- Communicate effectively with team members to promote collaboration and resolve any issues that arise.

**Skills**:

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management within a retail environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills for pricing and supplier interactions.
- Solid administrative skills for managing payroll and operational records.
- Experience with cash handling processes and maintaining financial accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and staff alike.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology is preferred.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 44 per week

Additional pay:
