What You Get To Do:
- Develop a thorough logistic plan that meets the company’s supply obligations to the client.
- Prepare, send out, and analyze RFIs, PFQs, and RFPs as well as responses to identify the most suitable carriers.
- Create and update shipping plans and schedules and communicate to all stakeholders.
- Prepare shipping documents (Commercial Invoices, NAFTA certificates, Canadian/US Customs, etc.) and ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed, and released to carriers, forwarders, customers, and agents in a timely manner.
- Issue, receive, and approve PO and process of payment.
- Conduct logistics spend analysis and weekly/monthly financial forecasts.
- Review invoices and ensure all charges are supported with appropriate documentation and are in compliance with the current agreements.
- Co-ordinate and oversee the management of pick-up of the modular units.
- Ensure that all service work is tracked in the R&M Dashboard or applicable software so that on-going commitments and spend are clearly noted.
- Support sales team with various project and operational matters.
- Collect inspection reports for inbound and outbound units, including photos to maintain an up to date Availability Log and ensure tracking of all R&M expenses or forward looking hour estimates to prepare units for clients.
- Monitor material levels to submit timely material requisitions for all repair and maintenance materials and consumables.
Who You Are:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a construction environment
- Must be extremely well organized and detail-oriented, work with a high level of energy
- Prior experience or background in the Transportation industry preferred.
- Good understanding of construction contracts and general accounting principles
- Possess discipline towards meeting deadlines and strong personal time management.
- Document control experience would be an asset
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, and create solutions
- Solid interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to effectively resolve issues in a tactful manner
- Strong knowledge of MS Office suite required

**Salary**: $60K - $75K per year (Eligible for Annual Incentive)
