**Role Overview**:
As a Construction Salesperson/Estimator, you will be a key player in managing client and contractor communications, leading site meetings with clients, and handling on-site and off-site estimates. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, handle initial consultations, and coordinate closely with the company owner to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors.
- Lead site meetings and manage all project-related communications.
- Communicate with the company owner to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project scopes and updates.
- **Documentation**:

- Review project materials including drawings, specifications, and permits.
- Procure additional information as needed to ensure accurate estimations.
- Implement changes to meet project goals and align with client expectations.
- **Sales**:

- Conduct initial consultations with clients, addressing their needs and providing estimates.
- Follow up on leads and secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry. With knowledge such as full interior and exterior renovations, additions, custom homes, and landscaping. Understanding of limited foundation work, framing, painting, drywall, and general construction tasks is essential for accurate estimation.
- **Education**: Secondary School diploma.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to travel to job sites.
- **Licenses**: Valid Canadian driver’s license.
- **Language**: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- **Location**: Ability to travel to GTA and surrounding areas (e.g., Mississauga, Ancaster, Hamilton, Halton Hills, Guelph, Kitchener, etc.). Must be able to work from home for initial client contacts.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Punctuality is required.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Sales: 3 years (required)
- Construction estimating: 4 years (required)
