**Job description**:
Toromont Cat is recognized for the expertise of their technicians and for the quality of Caterpillar equipment. The mission of the Technical training team is to train both Toromont technicians and our customers' mechanics.

The Technical Trainer will deliver classroom, shop and video conference training on Caterpillar equipment. The trainer can reside anywhere within the Toromont territory and must travel regularly to our branch locations and customer worksites. Between assignments, the trainer can work from the nearest branch or from their residence if it is suitable for office work.

Toromont Technical Trainers tasks will also include, developing training content according to established Caterpillar standards, participate in the analysis of training needs and contribute to the maintenance of training equipment.

Toromont Technical Trainers are ambassadors of good practices and therefore must behave in an exemplary manner, particularly in terms of customer relations and Health and Safety at work.
