**Party Chief**

**Duties**:

- This job requires you to lead birthday activities for kids at the parent's venue of choice which is usually at their home or a community centre
- Lead kids birthday activities independently and assist them in conducting the activities on their own
- Interact with all party guests
- Encourage participation for all guests
- Be able to establish good communication with parents
- Prepare activities materials before event begins (materials provided by the Management team)
- Examples of activities include craft making, science experiments and more

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Must be self‐motivated and organized
- Ability to supervise a group of young children - comfortable with ages 3-14 years old
- Must display leadership skills/leadership role
- Must be committed to working weekends as this is when all parties occur
- Must have a positive attitude
- Ability to effectively multitask
- Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and Friday evenings depending on party bookings

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
