**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Provide excellent customer service through effective phone etiquette when handling inquiries or orders.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in vape industry or sales is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
- Experience in cashiering and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
- Familiarity with technical sales or technology products is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling and achieving personal sales goals is highly valued.
