Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part time Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a knack for sales, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences to our customers. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that enhance their shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
  • Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective phone etiquette when handling inquiries or orders.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in vape industry or sales is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
  • Experience in cashiering and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with technical sales or technology products is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • A proactive attitude towards upselling and achieving personal sales goals is highly valued.
