**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and oversight to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, HCAs) in delivering high-quality, person-centered care
- Offer direct clinical support as needed, including wound care and medication administration
- Participate in day, evening, and weekend shifts as required to maintain continuity of care
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans using MDS/RAI, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Champion accurate, timely, and compliant documentation to support resident safety and regulatory standards
- Demonstrate expertise in antipsychotic use, complex clinical conditions, and wound management
- Actively engage in quality improvement initiatives that raise the standard of care
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care
- Lead with compassion and bring a genuine passion for advancing care to residents

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse (RN)
- 3+ years of leadership experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting
- Proficient in MDS/RAI, care planning, and clinical documentation standards
- Proficient in PointClickCare
- Geriatric Certificate preferred
- Clinical expertise in wound care, antipsychotic medications, and senior mental health
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- A sincere commitment to improving resident outcomes and quality of life
