Production Leader Assistant

We are looking for a Production Leader Assistant to support the planning, coordinating, and control of our emergency vehicle production line. This position will be responsible for preparing work schedules, prioritizing the line-up of jobs, and allocating jobs to the appropriate personnel, ensuring a timely and cost-effective process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review job orders and accordingly establish priorities and schedules to meet production goals
- Work with team members in providing instructions and direction
- Plan equipment, material, and workforce needed for job order
- Plan and monitor movement in production cycles to ensure continuous operations
- Monitor execution of job orders and adjust schedules for timely delivery
- Coordinate with supervisor in resolving production planning and control issues
- Review production plans to identify and resort potential issues and risks to management
- Communicate production updates to senior management on regular basis

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role, minimum of 5 years experience
- Proven organizational planning and scheduling
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service & time management skills
- G license

**Work Schedule**

Monday - Friday: 7:00am-5:00pm
