Production Unit Leader

The Production Unit Leader will lead and direct production team members in all aspects of activities at the Brampton Assembly Plant.

Responsibilities will include managing the investigation and establishment of root cause of problems and implementing corrective measures; initiating and managing projects to improve quality and throughput; and meeting all safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale and environmental requirements and targets.

**Basic Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree
Assembly Plant experience
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Willingness to work any shift and additional weekend hours as required
Legally authorized to work in Canada

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Knowledge of World Class Manufacturing principles
Previous supervisory experience
