**Job Posting: Krome Product Manager**

**Salary**: $55,000 - $65,000

**Type**: Full-time

**Reports to**: Gabrielle and Olivier

**Job Summary**

We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Product Manager to lead and grow the Krome product line. This is a full-spectrum role that touches on everything from product development to logistics and marketing. No experience required — just smarts, grit, and a good vibe.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Quality Control**
- Create and implement quality control processes for each SKU (ex: have a 10-point check list per item)
- Personally perform quality checks in the warehouse for the first 6 months
- Process returns for all branches. 2. New Product Development
- Source multiple new products simultaneously (based on our internal “wish list”)
- Identify and secure back-up suppliers (e.g., in India)

**3. Communication & Reporting**
- Send weekly Krome updates including:

- Manufacturing & delivery stage of each product
- Current inventory levels o Visuals of best sellers
- Updates on known and new issues
- Do a pricing comparison with our major competitors. Lots of charts, graphs, and visual data
- Distribute samples to all branches.
- Feedback collection and analysis**4. Marketing & Promotion**
- Update website and product catalogues
- Collaborate with Nicole on promotions.
- Create and pack sample kits.
- Create content on social media.

**5. Innovation & Efficiency**
- Leverage AI and other tools to improve processes.

**6. Purchasing Support**
- Assist Ty (Head of Purchasing) with procurement.
- Always ensure adequate stock levels.

**7. Logistics Coordination**
- Work with Alan and the operations team to manage shipments and delivery timelines.

**8. Payables Support**
- Help Julie handle pre-payments for Krome orders.

**Qualifications & Traits** University degree (any field)
- Fully bilingual (French & English)
- No previous work experience required.
- Must work well with Olivier and Gabrielle
- Ambitious, proactive, and willing to get their hands dirty (yes, even in the warehouse)

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
