**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient cash handling and cashiering.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including those related to returns and exchanges.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall performance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with experience in cashiering.
- Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to engage customers through effective communication and upselling techniques.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
