Reporting to the Director of Talent and Culture, the talent development & communication Coordinator will play a coordination and support role with various stakeholders. The incumbent promotes the employer brand through visibility marketing initiatives and will organize events. He or she will collaborate on the company’s internal and external communications plans while being concerned with the corporate image. He or she will also contribute to global initiatives with the company’s other sites.

Operating in a stimulating work environment, your responsibilities will be as follows:
**TALENT DEVELOPMENT**
- Responsible for the learning platform and the deployment of strategies related to talent development.
- Support content experts in developing their training plans to ensure standardization and achievement of objectives.
- Optimize learning processes using various tools and methods.
- Coordinate the development of training content for major projects (new product launches, inter-plant training).
- Plan, organize and monitor all aspects of training programs.
- Contact person with the various institutions, training providers.

**COMMUNICATION**
- Responsible for developing local and global communication and marketing strategies (Web, social media, newsletters, videos, etc.);
- Translate various policies, welcome documents, training, work instructions and matrices from French to English.
- Participate in the francization committee.
- Manage several social media accounts as well as the company’s website.
- Maintain and contribute to the development of partnerships with organizations of interest to the company.
- Participate in the development of promotional and advertising material.
- Responsible for the organization of special and recognition events.
- Take charge of the company’s general communications and ensure logistics.

**GOVERNANCE**:

- Carry out legal and regulatory monitoring on data protection, security and confidentiality

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communication, administration or any other relevant training.
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in deploying a training platform (asset)
- Excellent command of MS-Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Excellent knowledge of technological tools (training platform)
- Excellent command and knowledge of social media or content creation sites (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, etc.)

- Excellent French (oral and written)
- English - advanced level (oral and written) in order to deal with different stakeholders, translate training courses or write communications in both languages
