WHY JOIN US? - Our total compensation package includes competitive wages and extended health, dental and life insurance, and vacation and holiday pay - We provide our employees with stability and security by offering continuous year-round work - Career development and training - We take care of our team by providing various incentives and bonuses Job Duties & Responsibilities - As a Fuel and Lube technician you will be responsible for the lubrication service and maintenance of a variety of equipment including, Excavators, Dozers, Rock Trucks, Heavy Haulers, Graders, Scrapers and Loaders. - Diagnosing & completing preventive maintenance on all company equipment. - Greasing booms, pulleys, buckets, and other components of heavy equipment. - Lubricating running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, or heavy equipment. - Performing work effectively and safely in shops or outdoor construction site environments. - Ensuring service trucks are kept clean, organized, and always maintained properly and ready for use. - Championing our safety culture by adhering to Morgan's Safe Work Procedures and PPE policies. - Showcasing your exceptional judgement and problem solving skills. - Demonstrating your versatility by collaborating effectively with team members and independently taking ownerships of tasks. **Qualifications**: - Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs. - Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Fuel and Lube Technician. - Previous experience driving a fuel truck. **Requirements**: - Must have (or be willing and able to obtain) CSTS-09/ OSSA Regional or BSO or CSO, Intermediate First Aid, H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance Level 2, Bear Awareness (in class). - Provide your own steel toed 6" lace up boots (CSA Approved) - Able to repetitively and safely lift up to 50lbs. - Alcohol, Drug and fit to work testing is a pre-employment requirement. - Unrestricted class 1 or 3 driver's license is an asset with clean 5-year commercial drivers abstract Working Conditions: - Embrace the elements by working outdoors in all weather conditions. Whether it's rain, shine, or snow, you'll need to thrive in diverse weather environments. - Expect to handle noise and vibrations on the job. - Must be able to work up to 12 hours a day. - Must be able to work day or night shifts. - With a willingness to work in remote areas, you will experience a truly unique lifestyle on a rotational schedule, with accommodation provided. - Fly-In/Fly-Out and Drive-In/Drive-Out Opportunities **Benefits** Rate $30-$40/ hr based on experience and skill
