**Work Setting**: On-site only (not a remote role)
**Job Summary**
Sudbury Plaza Bowl — Northern Ontario’s premier bowling and entertainment destination — is hiring a **Bowling & Arcade Maintenance Technician (Entry Level).**
This hands-on role is perfect for students or recent graduates in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics programs who enjoy solving technical problems, working with machines, and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll learn to maintain and repair bowling lanes, scoring systems, and arcade machines in a fun, fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Inspect, maintain, and repair bowling equipment including pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems.
- Troubleshoot and service arcade machines and redemption equipment.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and equipment testing.
- Keep maintenance logs and ensure the workspace is safe and organized.
- Assist with other facility maintenance tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Must be **eligible to work in Canada**.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a trade, college, or university program in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic fields.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and reliable.
- Flexible availability, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Compensation & Schedule**
- Hourly Rate: $18-22/hr
- Schedule: Part-time to start; potential for full-time based on performance
- Mentorship and on-the-job training provided
