**Overview**:
Project Coordinators at TCS Marketing Systems support the entire organization from head office to the site level. They regularly work and collaborate with peers across the firm in addition to interfacing with clients outside the firm. They are the key point of contact for their project, ensuring the Sales, Operations, and Research teams are provided with the tools and the environment they can succeed in.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and organize real estate data from a variety of sources including news stories, conversations with advisors, and research databases;
- Proactively track market activity using internal and external resources, including competitive sales information and historical data;
- Prepare research in to clear and concise presentations, and present findings to the management team;
- Contribute to the writing and management of important legal documents, such as Agreements of Purchase & Sale and Tarion;
- Act as the first point of contact with customers, addressing them in a professional, cordial, and timely manner;
- Coordinate business events such as meetings and sales showings;
- Monitor social media activity, including those of our competitors, partners, and clients;
- Identify areas of improvement and share ideas;
Ad hoc tasks as requested.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Burlington, ON L7N 3T1
