Burlington, Canada CM Lighting Maintenance Full time

**CM Lighting Maintenance** is an electrical contractor that has been servicing the needs of commercial and industrial clients in the Greater Toronto Area for over 18 years.
We are currently expanding and looking for an **Electrical Project Manager** to join our professional and dedicated team. This role will be responsible for managing electrical projects, preparing accurate estimates, maintaining customer relationships and working with field staff.

Job Title**:Electrical Project Manager**

**What our Project Managers are doing**:

- Managing electrical projects to ensure they fall within the budgets of manpower, materials and equipment.
- Organizing and supervising field staff.
- Ensuring Health and Safety practices are upheld.
- Approving change orders, invoices and other costs.
- Communicating with customers and management on project updates.
- Co-ordinating schedules with customers.
- Providing accurate estimates to customers in a timely manner.
- Following up with customers on quoted work.
- Promoting CM Lighting to new and existing customers.
- Providing excellent customer service.

**What you are bringing to CM Lighting**:

- 309A Electrical License preferred
- Experience in electrical estimation preferred
- Solid knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Code
- Computer fluency with MS Office experience
- Class G Driver's License with a clean abstract
- Comfortable dealing with customers
- Excellent written and oral English required
- Outstanding communication skills
- A positive outlook and professional attitude
- Be committed and self-motivated
- An organized approach to work

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
