**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Reporting to the Information Systems Specialist of Previan, the incumbent is a member of Previan’s SAP Center of Excellence. He oversees and participates in the design, development, management, implementation and maintenance of the entire SAP Solution and other integrated software.

The incumbent will play an important role in the maintenance of the entire solution by providing guidelines, reviewing the actual documentation and promoting the centralization of the SAP knowledge. The SAP Analyst participates in all projects related to the integration of SAP ERP products in support of business strategies within all the businesses of Previan. The SAP Analyst provides guidance and oversees features and change requests related to all projects within all business units to ensure the health of the SAP products. The person collaborates with all Previan businesses collaborators (BPO, BA, software administrators, technicians and 3rd party integrator resources).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure that the integration of SAP Products is aligned with the business, technologies, data requirement strategies and the CoE governance model;
- Ensure development projects are aligned with the strategic vision;
- Participate in project organization, technical leadership and develop technical roadmap of software implementation and improvement projects;
- Establish and promote software standards and processes along with best practices for the delivery of SAP Products.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, related discipline or equivalent experience.

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience;
- Experience working with SAP ERP products;
- Experience with SAP best practices;
- Experience with SAP Activate methodologies for structured deployments;
- Solid experience in project management;
- Strong analytical/issue resolution skills and ability to follow procedures.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management;
- Good knowledge of SAP CPI / BTP;
- Good knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud and group reporting;
- Proficient with database tools and systems integration architecture;
- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a multicultural team environment;
- Demonstrated ability to design and document software solutions;
- Team player able to work independently and manage conflicting priorities while maintaining consistent performance standards;
- Availability for international traveling.
