What You’ll Do:
As our “Assistant General Manager”, you’ll be the driving force behind our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to manage day-to-day activities, lead and inspire our team, and deliver outstanding customer service. Your role will be critical in maintaining our reputation as Calgary’s top entertainment hub.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations across all departments, including racetracks, bar, restaurant, and other attractions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to provide exceptional service.
- Ensure operational efficiency and uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic planning and business development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest experiences and operational performance.

- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or service industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a diverse set of responsibilities.
