**Overview**
We are a busy Pharmacy & Smoothie Bar serving Marda Loop and surrounding communities

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Store Associate.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed throughout their shopping experience.
- Craft and Serve Delicious Smoothies and Specialty Tea Lattes.
- Maintain an organized and visually front store, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism, utilizing strong phone etiquette when handling calls.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Assist Front Store Lead in inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing merchandise.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers accurately.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is advantageous for promoting specific products or services.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-08-25
