Front Store Supervisor – Shoppers Drug Mart Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty and convenience services in your community, keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do. Responsibilities Manage customer service functions, including cash, cashiers, and merchandising. Ensure cashier/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures. Train cashiers and merchandisers on job functions. Provide ongoing guidance and instruction. Implement loss prevention standards, manage daily cash office inventory, and maintain tracking sheets. Ensure all loss prevention procedures are followed. Ensure staff present proper image to the public, answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote CSI Survey. Maintain proper shelf organization, product rotation, and accurate product displays. Maintain housekeeping and store image standards, comply with health and safety requirements, and perform clerical and banking duties as needed. Perform other duties as required, including cashier duties. Qualifications Planning, judgment, and decision‑making skills. Independent thinking related to store organization. Problem‑solving essential for customer satisfaction. Experience Computer literate. Organized with efficient time management. Knowledge of products and supplies.
