Now we’re looking for a Cashier to join the Customer Service team at our Aurora store.

What you’ll do
- Greet customers warmly as they enter and leave the store
- Listen to customers’ needs, ensuring questions and concerns are addressed
- Maintain awareness of product knowledge, promotions, sales, and new items
- Help customers find products and recommend add-ons to complete their shopping list
- Process purchases, wrap or bag items, and offer carry-outs when needed
- Operate cash registers, computers, scanners, and payment systems accurately
- Maintain proper cash handling and complete transactions with precision
- Rectify price discrepancies; process exchanges, refunds, and credits
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Assist with merchandising, product displays, and general store housekeeping
- Support your teammates across departments when needed
- Follow company policies, procedures, and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention
- Perform additional duties as required to support store operations

What we’re looking for
- Passion for food — you’re a true foodie at heart
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills: patient, approachable, and able to de-escalate challenging situations
- A positive team player who leads by example
- Previous cash-handling or POS (Point of Sale) experience is an asset
- Grocery or food industry experience and Food Safety Handlers Certification are assets
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with the ability to cover shifts on short notice
- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

All entry-level retail and kitchen roles begin at minimum wage ($17.20/hr). Pay is negotiable based on experience.
