Vaughan based construction firm is looking for a Junior Estimator / Business Developer to join our team.

Duties will include the following tasks (but not limited to):

- review drawings project specifications - provide summaries for costing
- do takeoffs using Bluebeam
- research new projects to bid on thru project tender databases
- responding to tender invites received,
- upkeep of projects files, documents, correspondence
- upkeep of databases and electronic files.
- track appointments and site visits
- respond to customer inquires
- provide updated records of costing for active projects
- research pricing materials and tools for projects and quotations.
- draft quotations, invoices and correspondence as needed.
- analyze project reports and report back to managers
- build a relationship between the company and clients
- be effective, organized, professional and responsible.
- have min 2 years experience. Drivers license and own vehicle an asset.
- great english skills written and verbal
- be internet, office and social media savvy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)
