**Who we are**

Reimagine Work is a people + operations consulting collective that does “HR” differently. We aren’t for everyone - we work with orgs and leaders who value a no-BS approach and want to rethink how they find, keep, and grow their people to create better places to work. **The call out**

We’re growing our client roster, and this means adding to our team of expert client collaborators / People + Culture Consultants.

Our consultants are true “people” pros who can stay calm in the eye of a hurricane, are connectors and communicators at their core, and ideally also have a strong opinion about Oxford commas.

This is a perfect opportunity for a generalist who’s looking to flex their expertise in a contract/consulting capacity (for now, but if you’re scared of doing your own taxes, send us your resume anyways and we can chat.) We’re interested in hearing from people ops pros from all industries and backgrounds but are especially excited if you have a background in compensation, coaching, and project/client management.

**What you bring**
- You are keenly curious, agile as an octopus, solutions-focused, resourceful, confident, high-integrity, empathic, analytical, and comfy working in grey areas
- Solid experience in an HR-focused role (5+ years’ ideal)
- Background in HR support for construction, manufacturing and trades industries would be considered ideal
- Background in working closely with unions would be considered an asset
- Experience managing clients and projects from start to finish
- A good writer with the ability to take a high volume of information and distil it down
- Related post-secondary studies (open to the unconventional here, what’s important is an interest in and drive to continue learning and sharing what you know)
