**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols of buildings and grounds
- Monitor and enforce access control procedures
- Observe and respond to situations, safeguard property, and oversee events
- Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients, visitors, and other stakeholders
- Complete detailed and accurate written reports and maintain incident records

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum of **6-12 months of security experience**:

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills when interacting with clients and visitors
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions effectively
- Access to a personal vehicle (site not accessible by public transit for all shifts)
- Must be bondable
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum age of 18 years
