Role Description

This is a contract role for a Security Guard located on-site in Winnipeg, MB and surrounding areas. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees at the assigned location. Day-to-day tasks include patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, permitting entry, preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities, and providing exceptional customer service as well some sites may require an overnight stay (details will be provided upon request)

If you do not have a Manitoba Security guard license we can also guide you in the right direction as well we are offering FREE First aid CPR/AED training if you register for our security training Oct 27-31, 2025 (details on request please contact us for more information)

Qualifications

  • Experience in Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Excellent observation and reporting skills
  • Ability to remain calm and handle emergencies effectively
  • Valid security guard license for Manitoba
  • First aid and CPR certification is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Drivers license is a plus but not required
