**What you'll be doing**
- Working with the project team to execute assigned tasks according to the timelines established for the given project/activity
- Handle multiple assignments, manage priorities, and meet strict deadlines
- Assist with executing project scope and implementing workflow solutions for our clients while ensuring client satisfaction during the entire process
- Participate in training to maintain proficiency in your field
- Achieve and/or renew relevant certifications as required
- Professional correspondence (written and verbal) with project stakeholders, vendors and clients
- Be an escalation point for the Service Desk and other Consulting teams for incidents/requests, including on-call rotations for after-hours Infrastructure support
- Professionally document all work performed and submit accurate timesheets daily
- Maintain accurate and up to date documentation of client's environment and supporting material that ensures consistent quality remote support by any member of the Service Delivery Team.
- Maintain an agile mindset with constant focus on delivering the right solution for the client
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with other teams in the organization
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by management in relation to area of expertise

**Who you are**
- Implementation experience with Microsoft Technology deployments
- Microsoft server infrastructure
- Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019

**What you need**
- University Degree and/or related Technical Diplomas are strongly encouraged
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (2012/2016)
- Active Directory, Authentication, SSO & Identity Management
- Collaboration and Messaging
- Exchange
- Teams, Skype for Business
- SharePoint
