Montréal, Canada Venture High School Full time

Venture is a small alternative high school for grade 7, 8, & 9 students with learning, emotional, and/or behaviour difficulties. We are looking for someone to help out in a variety of ways that may include tasks like tutoring one on one, helping teachers in the class, supervising students in after school activities, preparing lunch, and organizing school materials. Hours worked can range from 24-30 hours a week and the post can last from November to June depending on the applicant's availability. The applicant must be available from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm and must also complete a police background check (if not already hired by the EMSB).

The applicant should have experience working with youth and must be perfectly fluent in English. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who understands and can relate to our type of student. A mix of some of the following qualities would be ideal:
Open-minded

Bilingual

Artistic and/or athletic

Degree or studying in related field (education, social work, special care counselling, psychology)

Cooking experience

Located by Jolicoeur metro

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
