As a Mechanical Quality Control, you will be able to: - Perform mechanical quality inspections on new ambulances coming off the assembly line - Perform O2 and suction tests - Perform fit and function tests for stretchers and other equipment - Conduct weight analysis - Create information sheets with weight analysis and load test information - Experience and ability to use hand tools and power tools. - Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance. - Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements. - Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices. - Carry, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs. - Reach forward and overhead at or beyond a full arms length for an extended period of time.
