A career as a **Chief Functional Analyst** in the IT Delivery - Clearing and Cash team at National Bank is acting as an integration and API specialist. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization thanks to your skills and experience.

**Your job**
- Identify, analyze and document the business and functional needs of our stakeholders
- Define solutions and write quality functional and technical files for developer teams, including expected system behaviors, use cases and user interactions with the system
- Assist and participate in the implementation of the development strategy, tests and their automation
- Make the link between business needs and technological requirements
- Analyze data and participate in end-to-end testing
- Understand current processes & establish target processes by working closely with multiple stakeholders.

In the Business and Insurance IT Delivery sector, you are part of a large team of more than a hundred colleagues. Our team, Compensation IT Delivery and Cash, stands out for the quality of our solutions that ensure the daily processing of the Bank’s cheques and cash, as well as its experience and ability to work on several projects.

**Prerequisites**
- University degree, industry-related, and three years of relevant experience
- Agile delivery experience
- Experience in producing detailed and relevant user stories (user stories) for a project using Agile methodology
- Knowledge and practical experience of quality assurance tests
- Experience in a banking environment preferred
- Rigor and high capacity of support
- Customer oriented and strong relationship skills
- Team player, ability to influence and positively engage stakeholders
- Leadership, initiative, autonomy and communication skills
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
